  NAT CARROLL is Founder/Manager of RoundTable Solutions, which specializes in guiding businesses through the often-overwhelming maze of policies, regulations, and operational challenges, including business, brand, risk-management, and creative project consulting. They’ve supported construction firms, schools, startups, municipalities, industrial settings and warehouses, and universities with everything from OSHA compliance and ISNetworld manuals to HR trainings and leadership development workshops. 

  Nat earned his BA in Communication from Arizona State University and is fluent in Spanish. His service mission in the Dominican Republic continues to influence his leadership style, emphasizing connection and collaboration. He currently lives in Augusta County, VA with his amazing wife, young son, six adorable dogs, and a mini-pig.
