Happy Hour Social in Memory of Gary Rogacki

VARP Past President Rick Heath is coordinating a happy hour social in honor of VARP Past President Gary Rogacki:

We would like to invite you to raise a glass or tell a story or 2 in memory of Gary Rogacki. We will be at Chick's Oyster Bar, 2143 Vista Cir, Virginia Beach, February 1st from 3 PM till....you can either chip in for the bar tab or buy your own.
