VARP Golf Policies


  • Teams are not considered registered until payment is received.
  • To secure your spot at the discounted early-bird rate, please ensure that VARP receives your payment by the early-bird deadline. All invoices created before, but not paid by, the early-bird registration deadline will be adjusted to reflect the regular registration rate. 


When requesting a refund for a VARP golf tournament for any reason, please note these firm refund policies:

  • Teams canceling more than 21 days prior to the tournament will be issued a refund to their credit card, less a $25 administrative fee.
  • Teams canceling 15-21 days prior to the tournament are provided with a credit of 75% of the entry fee paid.
  • No refunds will be provided for any reason less than 14 days prior to the tournament. Substitutions are always allowed. Note that the existence of a wait list does NOT change the refund policy.


We play rain or shine. There will be no credits provided due to potentially bad weather -- if you enter be prepared to play. This takes precedence over our refund policy listed above.
