After participating in this class, participants should be able to:

• List components of job management
• Explain a foreman’s role in job management
• Describe how foremen impact profitability
• Engage with various scenarios aimed at each of the management pillars

NRCA's Foreman ProCertification Exam will be administered during the last 2-hours of the class.  While the class is not a prep class, many of the topics discussed overlap exam topics (see bullet points above).  ProCertification exam registration is included in the class registration.

Participants are strongly encouraged to review the NRCA Foreman certification webpage to gauge exam readiness and review the sample questions before the test date.
