8:45 am - 9:30 am Annual Meeting & Planking Contest (New!)
This year's Annual Business Meeting will kick off with an optional planking contest for anyone who would like to participate. The prize is $100 for the longest plank. The rules are simple: Hold your plank for as long as possible in a proper plank position. Whether you choose to plank on your hands or your elbows, a proper plank includes keeping your hips in line with the rest of your body, maintaining strong shoulder position and making certain that your knees don’t touch the floor. Our judges will have the final say on when your plank is no longer considered a plank.
