This training explains how the Experience Modification Rate (EMR) affects insurance premiums and emphasizes the financial benefits of maintaining a safe work environment. This training will also review Return to Work programs, and triage services to help reduce impact on the EMOD score.

Relevance: Understanding EMOD helps roofing companies recognize the cost benefits of reducing workplace accidents and maintaining safety standards.
