What should I wear to the Summer Convention?

The Omni Homestead recommends resort casual attire during the day and at the VARP Welcome Reception to include collared shirt, casual slacks, denim or shorts. No caps/hats, cutoffs, tank tops or pool attire.  Business attire (jackets for men) or cocktail attire is recommended for the Thursday evening Awards Banquet.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Convention registration fees are refundable, less a $25 administrative fee, up until June 21. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting June 22. Registrations are transferable to another person. All cancellations or transfers must be made in writing via e-mail to mail@varoofingprofessionals.org; expect confirmation within two business days.  IMPORTANT: You must cancel your sleeping room reservations through the Omni Homestead.
