What should I wear to the Summer Convention?

Casual attire during the day and at the Welcome Reception & Cornhole Tournament. Business attire (jackets for men) or cocktail attire is recommended for the Awards Banquet on Thursday evening.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Convention registration fees are refundable, less a $25 administrative fee, up until June 30, 75% of registration fees from July 1-8, 50% of registration fees from July 9-15. No refund will be issued for cancellations after July 15. Registrations are transferable to another person. All cancellations or transfers must be made in writing via e-mail to mail@varoofingprofessionals.org; expect confirmation within two business days.  IMPORTANT: You must cancel your sleeping room reservations through the resort.
