Registration Pricing

Registration includes the Welcome Reception & Cornhole Tournament on Wednesday evening featuring an outdoor buffet dinner and open bar, breakfast buffet on Thursday morning, Thursday morning education sessions, and Thursday evening Awards Banquet with open bar cocktail reception, a sit-down dinner, followed by roofing bingo with prizes.

*The spouse/personal guest registration is intended for personal guests only, not professional colleagues. The spouse rate can be applied to a registrant's child (or children) over age 12. Please contact the VARP office for questions or assistance registering if needed.

Sleeping Accommodations - Wintergreen Resort

VARP's group rate starts at $149++ per night for studios and lodge rooms. 

Please call Wintergreen directly to reserve your sleeping rooms using VARP's special call-in phone number: (855) 256-0511.

The Group Reservations Department is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please verify our group name "Virginia Association of Roofing Professionals" when making your reservations.

VARP's group rate cutoff is June 27, but don't wait to reserve your room. Rooms may sell out and there are very few hotel options nearby.  The sooner you book, the better chance you have of ensuring you get the room type you want. 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Convention registration fees are refundable, less a $25 administrative fee, up until June 27. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting June 28. Registrations are transferable to another person. All cancellations or transfers must be made in writing via e-mail to mail@varoofingprofessionals.org; expect confirmation within two business days.  IMPORTANT: You must cancel your sleeping room reservations through the resort.
