Registration includes the Welcome Reception & Cornhole Tournament on Wednesday evening featuring an outdoor buffet dinner with spareribs, pulled pork, grilled chicken and open bar, the Omni Homestead's legendary breakfast buffet on Thursday morning, Thursday morning education sessions, and Thursday evening Awards Banquet with open bar cocktail reception, a sit-down dinner, followed by roofing bingo with cash prizes. (Breakfast is not included Friday morning.)

*The spouse/personal guest registration is intended for personal guests only, not professional colleagues. The spouse rate can be applied to a registrant's child (or children) over age 12. Please contact the VARP office for questions or assistance registering if needed.
VARP's group rate starts at $369++ per night. The hotel reservation link is provided in your registration confirmation email.
VARP's group rate cutoff is June 23, but don't wait to reserve your room. The Omni Homestead sells out in the summertime and there are very few hotel options nearby. The sooner you book, the better chance you have of ensuring you get a room. The room block is not huge so if VARP needs to increase the room block, we need to know sooner rather than later.
Convention registration fees are refundable, less a $25 administrative fee, up until June 21. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting June 22. Registrations are transferable to another person. All cancellations or transfers must be made in writing via e-mail to mail@varoofingprofessionals.org; expect confirmation within two business days. IMPORTANT: You must cancel your sleeping room reservations through the Omni Homestead.
