VARP Shooting Tournament Cancellation Policies

We understand circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration. Team registrations may be canceled up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Because this event is limited in size and typically sells out, cancellations received fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the event, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit, as event-related expenses have already been incurred and late cancellations may prevent other teams from participating. Substitutions are always permitted at no additional cost and are strongly encouraged in the event a registered participant is unable to attend. If the event is canceled by VARP, registered teams and sponsors may receive a refund or event credit.
